NorthStar responded to multiple University of Colorado facilities impacted by the devastating 2013 flooding in Colorado.

NorthStar Recovery Services responded to their clients during the Floods of 2013 in Colorado. Provided initial property damage assessments and scope of work. Met with University officials to provide a plan of recovery on the 5 buildings damaged by flood waters. Timelines set were met and the university was able to continue classes on schedule.

NorthStar Recovery Services, (NRS) responded to multiple University of Colorado facilities impacted by the devastating 2013 flooding in Colorado. The scope of work included temporary power provisions, water extraction, drying, building stabilization, content manipulation, selective demolition, asbestos abatement and reconstruction services.

Correctly identifying the extent of the water damage utilizing state-of-the-art moisture mapping techniques was critical to providing the University with the proper scope of work. NRS successfully coordinated multiple trades to work in concert to stay on schedule and within the budget. Consistent and effective project management provided vital information regarding schedule and scope issues allowing the University the opportunity to make informed decisions.
