Dr Pepper / Snapple Inc. Fire Response and Reconstruction

NorthStar provided emergency fire response, drying and dehumidification, mold remediation and continues to assist with restoration.

5301 Legacy Drive is a major warehouse and production facility for Dr. Pepper in the southwest. A fire had broken out in an office at this location on 8-6-2013. NorthStar Recovery Services responded to this fire which led to a roof collapse and smoke filling the entire warehouse. .

The property was severely damaged from the hurricane force wind and rain. NorthStar began the project by removal of debris and other hazardous materials. NRS provided drying and dehumidification for the building. NorthStar also assisted with grounds cleaning for safety of occupants and provided mold remediation and interior demolition while the building was occupied.

NorthStar is continuing to assist the general contractor with restoration efforts for the building from the manufacturing equipment to the storage and truck loading areas in this high utilized warehouse and production facility.
